Leading children in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ

  • We've been expecting you!

We want to give families visiting Crossview for the first time the best experience possible, starting from the moment they walk through our doors.

Enter the front doors and make your way to the right side of the foyer to our Child Check-In Area. You'll check-in your children, get their identification stickers, and then if your children are ages birth through Preschool you will take them their classroom in the Children's Ministry Area. If your children are Elementary School age, they will go with you into the Worship Center where they'll be with you through the first portion of our worship service. Make sure you keep your parent sticker to be able to claim your child after the service.

    Service Dismissal

Typically during our announcement time is when the Elementary age children are dismissed to go to their classes.  Feel free to walk your children to their classrooms and to help them get settled.

    If Your Child Needs You

Please keep you phone silenced during services, but out and available. If your child needs you, a text message will be sent to your mobile device.

  • One of the things we value the most at Crossview is the safety of our kids.

    Volunteer Background Checks:

We background check all of our volunteers when they come on board with us and we also update these every two years as long as they are serving with us. We also have extensive policies in place to protect the children and adults while serving.

You'll need your parent sticker to be able to claim your child after the service. We have a lot of new faces and are requiring all parents show their sticker to claim their children for safety reasons.

    Diaper/Bathroom Policy

Please make sure your child has on a clean diaper (Nursery) or has used the restroom (3&4 yr olds) prior to dropping them off. For your child's safety, we will no longer be changing diapers or helping the children in the restroom.

  • Serve With Us!

If you have a heart to serve kids, we need you and look forward to speaking with you. There are many ways to serve - teacher, helper, child check-in desk, and welcome team. Any adult or teen that is interested in serving will be asked to fill out a Volunteer Application and to agree to our Crossview Child Safety Policy. Adults will also be required to fill out a background check. You will receive the Child Safety Policy and the background check in the form of an email AFTER you complete the Volunteer Application.

  • We are here for you!

Sunday School

Choose a group below to get details.

Typical Sunday Class Schedule:

Nursery-5th Grade at 10:30am ONLY

  • Our nursery room located in the Children's Ministry area provides a welcome and loving environment for our littlest attenders between the ages of birth to two years old. Your little ones will be cared for by loving and caring volunteers, while you get a chance to attend our worship services. Nursery is only offered at our second worship service, which is on Sundays at 10:30 AM.

  • Our Preschool room located in the Children's Ministry area provides Christ-focused, Bible-centered, lesson-driven activities from the Jesus Story Book Bible Curriculum for our 3 to 4 year old attenders. Each Sunday, your child will hear an age-appropriate Bible lesson that connects back to the truth of Jesus, God’s Son, memorize Bible verses and also get time to play with the other children in the classroom. Preschool is only available during the 10:30 service each Sunday.

  • Each Sunday, your child will hear an age-appropriate Bible lesson from The Biggest Story Bible Curriculum that connects back to the truth of Jesus, God’s Son, memorize Bible verses and participate in activities that give practical application of the lesson each week. Also, Kindergarten through Fifth Grade is only available during the 10:30 service each Sunday.

    • Kindergarten and 1st grade - Children's Ministry area
    • 2nd and 3rd grade - Classroom A (next to Office).
    • 4th and 5th grade - Classroom C (between Worship Center and Cafe).
  • We are committed to walking hand in hand with children and youth with special needs and their families, connecting them with Christ and empowering them to be vital members of the Church. This ministry is set up as an inclusion ministry – we want kids to experience our classrooms and to be able to participate with the children their age. Please contact Pastor Trevor to go over any specific needs for your child so that programming can be adapted to incorporate your child well.

B.L.A.S.T Off Kids is a twice a month program that takes place during the school year, where kids (Pre-K to 5th grade) are invited to join us as we learn about the truth found in God's Word. They will also be able to take part in games, songs, activities, and memorize Bible verses. The activity time is where kids get to learn new skills and hobbies i.e. sports, cooking, arts and crafts.

Join us the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 5:45pm to 7pm!   To see the Blast Off schedule and the theme nights for this school year, click the link below.

Blast Off will return once school resumes in the fall of 2024.

  • Vacation Bible School 2024

Our Vacation Bible School this year will be August 5th-8th from 9-11:30 AM daily. This year, we will be taking an epic cruise through the jungle and making stops to learn about seven critical biblical events found in the Bible from Genesis to Revelation.
