care ministries

Circumstances in our lives can leave us feeling overwhelmed, hopeless and alone. If you are facing difficulties or challenges, our Cares Team can assist you in finding help within the church as well as within our local community. There are a number of ways that Crossview can help care for you.

  • Prayer

We believe prayer is vital to effectively care for the needs of another.

We devote time and attention to praying not only for the care givers, but for all the needs and requests for care.

Crossview has a team that meets weekly to pray over the requests of the congregation. You may submit a prayer request ONLINE or by calling 715-424-0800 EXT. 2008

  • Ally MinistrY

Ally Ministers are a strong component to the Crossview Cares Ministry Team.  Ally Ministers are trained to meet one-on-one with individuals that are going through difficult circumstances and provide understanding, support and encouragement. • the hem of his garment bible study

The trauma of abuse, loss and suffering can leave us wounded, discouraged and defeated. The Hem of His Garment is a Bible study which uses the Word of God to walk women through the healing process and bring them from despair to victory over loss, pain and rejection. Jenny Elmhorst is certified to lead women individually or in small groups through this curriculum of healing. Please click here to connect with Jenny to sign up.

  • Counseling

Mental health and substance abuse counselors may be a positive addition to your walk through difficulty. Wisconsin Rapids and the surrounding areas offer numerous options for Christians seeking professional help. Please email the Cares Team Director for a list of reputable professionals.

  • emergency needs
